Orders

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

We make everything with our own hands (well, with some help from our laser), but we try our hardest to turn your order around within three business days. You’ll receive an email notification that your product has been shipped via USPS, and you can expect to receive it within three to five business days after shipment.

Q. Can I rush it?

Unfortunately, we can't rush orders at this time.


Shipping

Q. When will I get my order?

Once you receive an email notification that your product has been marked as shipped, you should expect to receive it within 3 to 5 business days via USPS.

Q. My order arrived damaged or broken. What do I do?

We make every attempt to get your product(s) to you in once piece, but if it's damaged, please contact support@newcustom.com and we'll help you with a replacement order, free of charge.


Returns

Q. What's your return policy?

Since each New Custom product is made to order, we can’t offer returns. Please check and then double-check your product for spelling and content errors before finalizing your order!
